Booking and Payment

Service Bookings

When you book a service through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice, though price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically required at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement. We accept payment via secure methods provided by third-party payment processors.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• Workshops and Private Chef Experiences: Full refund with 72 hours notice; 50% refund with 48 hours notice; no refund with less than 48 hours notice
• Recipe Development and Consulting: Can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice; refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
• Meal Planning Subscriptions: Can be cancelled or paused anytime with one week notice

Service Provider Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a scheduled service, we will provide full refund or offer to reschedule at your convenience.

Dietary Information and Allergies

You are responsible for accurately communicating all dietary restrictions, allergies, and food sensitivities when booking our services. While we make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in shared kitchen environments.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including recipes, text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of eager-glint or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Custom Recipes

When you purchase personalized recipe creation services, you receive a license to use the recipes for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

Recipe Development Services

For recipe development consultations, intellectual property rights are addressed in individual service agreements based on your specific needs and intended use.

User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Transmit harmful code or malware
